The Church of England Parish for Eccleshall and Slindon. Holy Trinity Church dates from the 12th century and was the former seat of the Bishops of Lichfield. Henry VII's chaplain, Arnold Machin, the family of President Jimmy Carter are all buried in the church and churchyard.
