The Association for PARIVARTAN of Nation (APNA) is a youth-led non-profit organisation dedicated to ensuring that underprivileged groups in Jharkhand, India, benefit from rights-based legislation. Collaborating with government officials, communities, and their children, APNA engages in advocacy, influences policies, creates awareness, and mobilises public opinion on education, child rights, and the rights of marginalised communities. Recognised for its impactful work as a policy implementation NGO, the organisation is committed to facilitating sustainable access to rights-based legislation for vulnerable families. It specifically focuses on Adivasis, Pasmanda Muslims, Dalits, Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), students with disabilities, and economically weaker sections. Through evidence-based policy evolution, social and legal interventions, advocacy, and inclusive participation and dialogue, APNA aims to bridge the gap between policy frameworks and grassroots implementation.
