Driven by a lifelong passion for first aid and helping people - shaped by personal experience as a medic with Mountain Rescue - I’ve always believed that everyone should feel confident in life-saving situations.
That belief is at the core of our training. We now offer certified First Aid courses including First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid (PFA), and tailored courses for outdoor enthusiasts, hobbyists, and families. Our goal is to make first aid accessible, engaging, and genuinely useful.
We go above and beyond in our courses to strike the right balance between fun and essential, life-saving knowledge - because first aid shouldn’t be intimidating. It should be empowering.
