After thriving in the nonprofit world for 10 years, growing teams and marketing some of the leading literacy and mentorship initiatives in the country, I transitioned into a career in real estate after I purchased my first home. Having loved the process, I accepted an opportunity to head the Marketing Department for the #1 Independent Real Estate Company in Massachusetts, where I helped over 700 agents market themselves and take their business to the next level. In these consultations, I began to see a huge gap in Marketing affordability, education and service.
