In 2015, the company entered into a joint venture with Insurance Australia Group (IAG) and set about transforming the company to service retail customers including the development of one of Indonesia’s first digital insurance platforms with the creation of our retail digital brand “Simplr”.
As of 2019, Parolamas became a part of the Tokio Marine Group after it acquired IAG’s majority share of the business. With the support of Tokio Marine and as part of a larger multi-national insurer we will continue to provide the best services in terms of protection and security for our customers whilst continuing our work to be a leading innovative insurance company.
