Golkar is a nationalist-centrist party which upholds the principle of Karya Kekaryaan which sees society from a functional group perspective. This perspective makes Golkar a "public problem-solving" party that relies on expertise and scientific knowledge in its decision making. National development, economic growth, and political stability lies central to our belief on how to achieve people's welfare. We continue to look for new political talents from all background with expertise, competence, and passion to contribute to the nation. Vision: To attain an Indonesian society that is united, sovereign, advanced, modern, peaceful, just, prosperous, faithful with noble morality, legally and environmentally aware, proficient in science and technology, and respected in the international community. Mission: 1. To assert, secure, and protect Pancasila as foundation of nation and country ideology in strengthening the unitary state of Indonesia 2. To attain proclamation goals through the implementation of national development in all sectors to create a democratic, sovereign, and prosperous society; uphold law supremacy and defend he human rights; and support world order and peace. 3. To achieve an effective government with good, clean, respected, and democratic governance. Aims 1. To defend and practice the values of Pancasila and uphold Republic of Indonesia's Constitution Year of 1945. 2. To attain the goals of the nation as stated in the preamble of the Republic of Indonesia's Constitution Year of 1945 3. To create a just and prosperous society with equality in material and spiritual resources based on Pancasila and Republic of Indonesia's Constitution Year of 1945 within the scope of a unitary state 4. To attain sovereignty of the people in developing a democratic life that respects and upholds truth, justice, and human rights.
