Partnership for Procurement (P4P) Overview

P4P is an initiative which supports social enterprises and the wider third sector with tendering for contracts and to build partnerships and consortia. This includes: > An ongoing programme of events, surgeries and workshops promoting the benefits of partnership and consortia working > P4P Website – a range of online tools and resources that will include tender ready documents and templates; best practice; and key learning points > Support to develop partnerships or consortia at all stages > Expert tendering support – including one to one support to become ‘tender ready’ or support with writing tenders > Support with carrying out research in relation to procurement. The programme is a partnership between Senscot, Social Firms Scotland, the Scottish Community Alliance and Co-operative Development Scotland. P4P is funded through the Scottish Government’s ‘Building a Sustainable Social Enterprise Sector in Scotland - Action Plan 2017-2020’ which is part of the Scottish Government’s 10 Year Social Enterprise Strategy.
