I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 12+ years of practical experience and successful use of these principles, methods and tools. In 2013 I was awarded the HP President’s Quality Award, the biggest honor of quality leadership and excellence within Hewlett-Packard globally.
My experience covers both service and product companies in different industries (IT outsourcing, Telecom, IT hardware/printers, Mgmt. Consulting, Software, Social Impact), different functions (R&D, quality mgmt., customer support, operations, strategic & product marketing, business development, sales), and multiple countries and continents (Sweden, Spain, Malaysia, Venezuela).
