PATH (Scotland) is a Scotland-wide charity based in Glasgow, which aims to challenge inequality and promote a diverse work force using the positive action provisions of the Equality Act (2010). We do this through our training and education programmes in the housing sector. Trainees undertake an academic qualification while on placement. At the end of their placement, we assist them to find employment in Housing. We have been very successful in doing so and 90% of our trainees gain employment post placement.
We also run mentoring, coaching, leadership and employability programmes across all sectors as well as for those who are unemployed or under-employed.
Our mission is to contribute towards a well-motivated and skilled workforce which more accurately reflects the richness and diversity of the communities it serves, at all levels of employment.
