Pathways4Kids

We are a group of pediatric healthcare professionals from over 30 children’s hospitals across the US who develop and implement evidence-based clinical pathways: Purpose: Pathways4Kids is a national collaborative that aims to optimize clinical outcomes for all pediatric patients via sharing of best practices for clinical pathway and program development, implementation and measurement strategies. Clinical pathways enable the reliable delivery of high-quality evidence-based medicine to promote high-value equitable healthcare. Vision: Our vision is to create a cohesive network of multidisciplinary pediatric clinical pathway professionals that fosters innovation, resource sharing, and data-driven improvements in pediatric patient care.
