Patience Realty K.K. is a cross border brokerage and real estate service company established as a joint venture between Patience Capital Group (PCG) Singapore and Capital Brain. Combining PCG's network of nationwide and overseas investors and wealthy individuals with Capital Brain's execution power in real estate transactions, we will brokerage, manage and operate real estate. At this stage, we are focusing on selling high-grade residences in central Japan and resort areas to high-net-worth individuals overseas, but we intend to expand our activities into residential and hotel development in the future. Japanese real estate is attracting a lot of attention from overseas investors, and combined with low interest rates and a weaker yen, more funds are coming in than before the pandemic. With our discernment and sourcing capabilities, we will provide domestic and foreign investors with access to high-end properties in Japan.
