Patriot Construction was founded in 1998 by Chad Tracy, a Georgia native. Chad began his construction and homebuilding career immediately after graduating from The University of Georgia. Married in 2001 to Katy Fleming of Crawford, Georgia they, along with their son currently work and reside in Colbert Georgia. Chad's thorough knowledge of the construction process and his team of professional sub-contractors enable Patriot Construction the ability to satisfy each client's specific construction needs. The continued success of Patriot Construction is largely due to ongoing business relationships with repeat clients over the past 11 years and from their positive referrals and recommendations for new business.
Patriot Construction maintains both residential and light commercial licenses with the Georgia State Licensing Board and is a member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. The Tracy's plan to continue living/working in the Athens and Northeast Georgia area, and believe in working within the community to promote growth and prosperity through business and personal relationships with those they encounter in all aspects of life.
