Patton Pipeline Services’ innovative beveling system was designed using state-of-the-art plasma cutting technology in conjunction with an in-house track system for precise cuts every time.
By combining these components, our system outperforms traditional oxy-acetylene methods every time, ten fold. The most compelling evidence of this can be seen viewing the final products of both methods side-by-side.
When compared to an oxy-acetylene method, the PPS system requires little to no cleanup or grinding post-cut. This results in reliable, “pipe mill quality” bevels cut after cut.
