We have developed a Mental Health First Aid course for businesses to help open-minded companies destigmatize mental health and integrate positive preventive psychology into their corporate culture. Additionally, we offer psychological workshops with a variety of topics, such as Stressmanagement & Burnout prevention, Mindfulness at work, communication skills and values & leadership.
We also offer psychological Coaching for individuals and couples at our practice in Berlin Mitte (Linienstraße 110, 10115 Berlin).
