Pawstudios Africa is a multidisciplinary arts innovative and creative hub that offers artists a platform for innovation and creative collaborations. We also offer audiences an eclectic program of Nigerian plays, Tv series, Experimental plays, Musicals, Cabarets, Spoken word performances, Interpretations of classic repertoire, Festivals, and the best of new international writing. Over the years, part of our practice has evolved to include the development of nontheatrical, repurposed, and unconventional spaces to increase the reach of artists with limited access to audiences and exhibition opportunities.
Through our platforms, Lagos Fringe & Abuja Fringe, PAWSTUDIOS Africa has produced over 200 productions with some of Nigeria's most exciting performers, writers, directors, and creative teams; and by doing that we continue to invest in and promote the artistic legends of the future.
Our partnership with the World Fringe Network, Goethe Institut, British Council, and Alliance Francaise delivers opportunities for theatre makers in Nigeria to engage in creative exchange programs with their international contemporaries.
As a creative innovation hub, PAWSTUDIOS Africa is committed to talent development and capacity building. We do this through our creative enterprise development programs which focus delivery of well-formulated programming within and outside the country.
