I recently established my own Payments/Fintech Consulting and Advisory practice comprising three business streams:
1. Payments Advisory: project specific engagement with Payments Service Providers, Acquirers and Corporates on new product development and product strategy, sales and marketing strategy etc.;
2. Payments Solution Sales: advice, consultation and placement of Merchants with leading global Payment Service Providers, Acquirers and Payment Gateways; and
3. Fintech: development of new Fintech opportunities.
Assignments to date include:
- A Product and Project Management assignment with a leading regional payments company;
- Advising a Singapore based Fintech company on strategy;
- Advising a Nasdaq listed technology company on an Asia-Pacific payments solution; and
- Development of a new Fintech payments product with a cryptocurrency feature. Currently sourcing investors.
