PBP FAST-TRACK is a “MODERN METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION (MMC) TOTAL BUILDING SOLUTION” on a BIM platform including the supply/installation of a temporary “flying factory” for manufacturing of all PBP FAST-TRACK building components including the manufacturing and management software, on and off-site engineering, manufacturing and job-site erection supervision, structural engineering, providing of permit-ready documents for submission to building departments in full compliance with local Building Regulation Requirements, supply chain for all building materials, BoQ detailing all materials and costs, list of manpower requirements for manufacturing and site erection, including MEP trades, “FIT OUT” by PBP supply chain.
