Peachtree II is a $60mm fund established in 2009 to capitalize on attractive opportunities in the mezzanine debt and junior capital markets. The fund invests $3 - $10mm per deal in companies with at least $2mm of EBITDA.
The Peachtree team founded the private equity business of Wachovia Bank in 1997. In 2002 the team formed Peachtree Equity Partners (Peachtree I) as an independent private equity fund to provide growth equity to profitable, Southeastern businesses managed by owner-operators. Peachtree II continues the successful investment style of the prior funds and is actively deploying capital.
