Hello, my name is Mohamed Isa. In May 2022, I trekked to Everest Base Camp. It was a transformative experience. The expedition pushed our physical and mental limits. We made many new friends. We learned many lessons. And we had so much Dal Bhat!
Upon my return, I created a new keynote speech titled: “Leadership Lessons from Everest.” This speech includes setting goals, sound planning, adapting to change, managing risks, leading teams, and much more. As an audience member, you will leave inspired to reach your peak potential.
In 2023, I plan to:
- Publish a book about the expedition: “Leadership: The Everest Way.”
- Start a Talk Series all about Mountaineering & Leadership.
- Lead Expeditions to Everest Base Camp (EBC).
