Pearce Lewis represents people whose lives have been forever changed because of the negligence or misconduct of others. Tim Pearce and Stuart B. Lewis collectively have over 30 years of legal experience having worked for well-respected law firms in the San Francisco Bay and Houston areas. Having known each other throughout their entire professional lives and having collaborated on many cases through the years, Tim and Stuart discovered that they had a shared vision: a law firm where clients were not just cases. Rather, clients were regarded as individuals and treated the way Tim and Stuart would want to be treated if they were to ever find themselves in their client’s shoes. This shared vision led to the formation of Pearce Lewis, LLP and the commitment to a client centered law firm. This approach promotes the belief that the client is king: a law firm dedicated to personalized legal strategies that are tailored to each of our client’s circumstances and needs; a law firm focused on outcomes that are truly based on what is best for our client; a law firm where the client is not treated simply as a case but rather as a person facing the toughest battle of their life.
