Penna Seeds Private limited was established in 2004. Our corporate office is located in Hyderabad, Telangana State. We have a workforce of 200+ manpower spread across India. Wholly owned Research & Development center with an area of 72,000 sq yards is distinctively working on Research in addition to the conventional plant breeding. We believe that Research & Development are very important keys to success. We are continuously sourcing germplasm to strengthen breeding resources.
Team of qualified breeders ensure that all our hybrids are locally adopted and meet the needs of the local farmer producers. Prior to launching a new hybrid in the market, we ensure that the hybrid is subject to extensive testing of minimum three years. The exercise is carried out at our own research facilities and in the target markets through MLT's and SBS trails.
Currently we are producing Hybrid Corn, Hybrid Paddy, Research Paddy, Millets, Grain Sorghum, Sunflower, Pigeon pea and Hybrid Vegetables like Okra, Hot Pepper and Tomato.
Our marketing team is fully committed to providing all our customers with both Pre and Post seasonal services. Our team regularly conduct field activities like farmer educational programs, field days, harvesting days and yield days throughout the season to impact knowledge, and provide technical training on our hybrids given to both our dealers and the farming community. This partnership program has created tremendous goodwill and trust in the market.
