Affectionately nicknamed "PEP" by our Clients and PCA’s, we are a non-profit PCA Provider. Started by Clients and their PCA for Clients and their PCA's, we support and promote person-centered services. As a non-profit agency, we advocate for the well-being of both clients and PCA's.
PEP is contracted with the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a PCA Provider. The mission of People Enhancing People (PEP) is to nurture a rewarding personal care experience to fortify the independence of persons with disabilities. PEP envisions a time when persons of all ages are able to recognize the contribution and interdependence of every individual.
