PeopleTrust is the leading IT system to public and private employment and staffing companies delivering a full range of functions and services to these industries.
The system is a web based case handling system including elements from human resource management, HRM, customer relationship management, CRM, ressource planning, ERP, Learning management, LMS and management information, MIS.
Within the employment industry the system focuses on unemployed people who need help with accessing the labour market. This includes functions to handle specialised services, personal conversations, in-work, retention and re-engagement services, etc. In Denmark, these services are handled by public or private job centers, (the latter also known as "andre aktører").
