Alongside our partners we develop projects, execute the associated Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), manage construction completion and then beyond this, under an asset management agreement and/or operations management agreement, take care of the installations over time. A PPA with a 72% black woman empowered PFE will ensure full procurement points for the client on their energy spend. Currently, energy spend with Eskom is not recognized for procurement points in the BBBEE scorecard.
Escalations
Against a backdrop of 400% Eskom escalations over the last 10 years, we offer a 6%pa escalation over the life of the PPA.
Cost Saving
Energy price charged as a discount to current utility tariff. We endeavor to achieve up to a 30% saving on your current ESKOM tariff.
Hassle Free
No operational and maintenance costs for the duration of the PPA as PFE maintains the installations.
Guaranteed Clean Energy
PFE guarantees the energy production and, if the solar plant does not achieve the production on an annual revision, we will add the additional solar assets required.
