We have a team of highly experienced professionals who assist our customers before, during and after the restoration is complete. We help determine if it's in our customers best interest to file a claim. If it's not we do offer our out of pocket work on our roof replacement, siding, gutters, door and window installation. If we are chosen to represent our customers we then discuss the damage with their insurance company. We are there to insure our customers loss is settled in a fair and adequate manner. Our project managers remain up to date on insurance laws to be sure the settlement is fair. An insurance claim can be stressful, it's our job to take the uncertainty and stress off of our customers. Once a claim has been approved we offer our customers high quality replacement materials that we have installed by our Amish Craftsman. They can choose to see a 3D mock up of their home to compare our product styles and colors. Once our customer is happy with their restoration we provide a lifetime limited warranty on all products. The manner in which we do business is a huge contributing factor as to why we have seen a long period of consistent growth and success.
