For Estate Agents, the portal provides all the information a home searcher needs, therefore reducing time investment required by the agent and delivers a more informed and committed home searcher. This also reduces the amount of time required by the Home Searcher, there are sophisticated searching functionalities such as our Hidden Gem feature to search by a property 'must have' and they can instantly see what amentities surround a property with our 'What's Nearby' feature. The property portal is image driven, home buyers and renters build an emotional connection from images not words, therefore the pictures are larger and you can scroll through these from the search results, which saves time from clicking in and out of each property that may not be suitable. You can now use the search results as the information hub and only click into a property that you know matches your search criteria.
