We were an international team of performing arts healthcare specialists: Physiotherapists, Sports Massage Therapists & Sports doctors. We took a leadership role in circus medicine in the UK and was the "go-to" clinic of choice for circus-related injury advice and treatment. We provided excellent care to performing artists and also carried out research activities & offered educational training. The business closed in 2022 and the Director, James Wellington relocated to Barcelona to set up shop independently.
The Perform team is led by Physiotherapist James Wellington, a specialist in circus physiotherapy. Perform currently provides physiotherapy solutions for the National Centre of Circus Arts in London and have been therapists to the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Opening & Closing Ceremonies, performers in both large and small-scale circus companies, international events in a range of sports.
Whilst we treat primarily circus artists, dancers, sportspeople & musicians, we take on any individual that would benefit from our range of services.
