We are founded on the fundamental belief that persons with serious mental illness have tremendous upside potential. We believe that our Members can and do thrive in the least restrictive setting possible when appropriately and diligently supported. We are an early adopter of evidence-based practices and all of our services are delivered by a coordinated team in a relational, community context. All of our programs are designed with the primary goal of transitioning each and every Member into a life that is lived in the community and not in a facility.
All of our Members are diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI) who may also be dually diagnosed with an intellectual developmental disability and/or substance use. Many have been or are involved in the criminal justice system and/or may have been in a state hospital, correctional facility, prison, extended acute care, or a behavioral health unit. Our Members reside in either our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults, our Community Residential Rehabilitation home, or in a supported independent living environment.
