Perspicio s.r.l. is an engineering company, (ref. Legislative Decree 50/2016), operating in the civil engineering and architecture sectors.
The Company carries out feasibility studies, consultancy, designing and works management, testing, assessments of technical-economic congruity, support for companies for participation in tenders with an improvement offer.
A common aspect of the various services offered is the extensive use of cutting-edge IT equipment and technologies, with a view to providing the customer with multidisciplinary technical support that is also in line with the most recent operational needs and regulatory obligations regarding the digitalisation of construction processes (see Ministerial Decree 312 of 2.8.2021).
Therefore, the company procedures contemplate - among other things - the use of both terrestrial (TLS) and drone-operated laser scanner equipment (LIDAR systems), photogrammetry equipment, terrestrial and drone-operated thermal cameras, BIM modeling software and GIS and the subsequent implementation of structural, geotechnical, thermotechnical and similar models.
The technical management of the company is entrusted to the engineer. Giuseppe Teodosio – PhD in structural engineering – (AV n. 1080) who boasts over 30 years of professional practice.
It is this experience - integrated by the energy and enthusiasm of young colleagues - that allows the Company to best interpret the customer's needs, offering the most suitable solutions.
