Pharos Enterprise Intelligence LLC, is an information management and consulting company focused on the commercial management of power plants. We provide asset management software and operations management consulting services to power plant managers and owners.
We develop an out of the box web-based software called the Pharos Asset Management System or Pharos AMS. It provides a comprehensive solution for managing power plants and provides a user with a high degree of visibility into their power plants whether managed internally or outsourced to a third party. The software aggregates and organize plant operational data such as generation from internal or external systems, public data such as prices and loads, private data such as bids, offers, awards and settlements statements from a market. It then provides this information back in real-time via dashboards and automated email alerts.
Pharos also provides commercial operations management consulting. We have had extensive experience helping setting up operations to manage power plants. That entails building out systems and processes to bid, settle and analyze power plants operating in deregulated markets. We have worked with both energy managers and owners. We can audit/validate internal energy management processes or that of a third party manager.
