The Lean Intention comes from the Qalam. The Qalam (or Calamus) is the pen with which God writes the destinies. Kâlam is also the science of speech and also a mode of dialectical thinking. The Lean intention insists on the valorization of ethnic identities and the exhortation to the effort of economic development.
