The President and Owner of Phoenix Design Concepts, Diana Baisa, has 40+ years of experience in the fashion industry, beginning as a tailoring student at an exceptional European Master Tailoring School where she trained under the best tailors Europe had to offer. Afterwards, she mastered the art form of custom alterations and dressmaking. Starting her own business, she quickly became Indiana’s finest custom dress and suit maker. Working with local and nationally recognized schools, Diana’s business ‘Coffield & Co.’ worked with show choirs to design and create beautiful, eccentric dresses and suits to ever be displayed on stage. Her work was seen on stage in State, Regional, and National stages that blew away audiences for their unique, genius designs! Flash forward to today and Diana is still producing the best show choir dresses on the market in her ‘Coffield Collection’ brand name, not to mention the numerous other endeavors Phoenix Design Concepts pursues as discussed below.
