Phoenix Precision Machining is a leading manufacturer in CNC machining with our 5 axis machining centers and dual-spindle dual-turret live tool turning centers, keeping us up to date on the latest technology. We strive to meet the needs of each individual customer by engineering solutions to your problems. We work with a vast number of materials including aluminum, carbon and tool steels, stainless steel, copper, brass, and plastics along with exotic materials such as Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. Parts that require outside processes such as heat treating and anodizing are handled by our expansive list of OSP suppliers. Post OSP processes such as polishing, hard milling, hard turning, and hard threading are done in house to meet the most stringent requirements. Our quality lab is complete with 4 CMM’s and specialized software to handle complex GD&T requirements. First Article inspections are the norm and lot tracking and traceability are the standard with all parts. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and all inspection devices are calibrated to standards traceable to NIST. We can ship to any location in the United States.
