Your coach training pathway begins with our Healthcare Peer Coaching Fundamentals™ which provides foundational coaching skills for any member of the healthcare team; it also prepares them to enter the advanced-level Certified Physician Development Coach™ training. We are proud to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Level 1 Coach Education provider. When you earn our Certification, you earn credibility. Our Certified Healthcare Peer Coach™ training is for a group of leaders within the same health system; the training equips them with coaching skills and emotional intelligence competencies to lead a culture of coaching. This training also prepares those who want to continue on with coach training to enter our mastery-level Certified Physician Development Coach™ training.
