Dr. Raul J. Garcia-Rodriguez and his wife, Jessica, met in the Yakima Valley. They worked alongside one another in a local Emergency Department. While they loved the work in the ED, they both liked the idea of working with their patients after the emergency was over and the road to recovery truly began.
