"picupi 挑品" is a brand dedicated to developing healthy, safe, and additive-free eco-friendly household cleaning products. In 2022, it launched Taiwan’s first zero-waste laundry detergent from production to packaging—the " EcoCal® Laundry Detergent." The brand continues to develop household cleaning products using " EcoCal® Shell Calcium Oxide" as a natural disinfectant, implementing our sustainability vision.
Through picupi's patented "EcoCal® Circular Detergent Series," we repurpose approximately 3,000 metric tons of discarded golden clam shells each year, reducing carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) emissions by about 768 metric tons.
All picupi products adhere to circular design principles, ensuring that ingredients are free from harmful chemicals to both humans and the environment and are verified by internationally recognized institutions. The packaging is made from recycled materials and only with single-material to enhance recyclability. To further promote plastic reduction, picupi opened a zero-waste concept store in Taipei in December 2023 and launched a detergent refill program, encouraging consumers to extend packaging lifespan and reduce waste.
picupi’s sustainability efforts align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
