Piedmont Fellows Overview

We are equipping young professionals to love and good works in all of life for the glory of Christ. Our 9-month professional development program has a try-fold focus in serving young professionals, local businesses, and the surrounding community. Here's how we do it: 1) 8-12 young professionals are invited to participate in our program each year from September to May and gain valuable professional experience in the marketplace. While here, they will participate in Leadership Systems coaching, professional development training from Integrity CEO Advisors Principal Don Barefoot, and meet weekly with local business owners. 2) For local businesses, we provide high integrity, college graduate employees for little investment. Our goal is to recruit and retain talent to the Piedmont-Triad. The Fellows will work 25 hours each week while receiving outside training and oversight. 3) Our Fellows serve 6-10 hours each week with a local ministry. The Fellows are contributing to the good of the Piedmont-Triad through love and good works. We would invite you to consider becoming a part of the Piedmont Fellows family!
