two decades, the studio has constantly evolved to meet the needs of its
loyal clientele and is now a leader in core stability training and
functional movement workouts aimed toward challenging individuals and
mixing up their routines.
The centre has 4 studio spaces and is fully equipped with professional grade equipment. Certified instruction on Mat, Reformer, TRX and Chairs available 7 days a week.
