Thermophase is a non-hazardous/non-biocide technology that can be applied while units are on-line to heat exchanger components, such as condensers, chillers, feedwater heaters, etc. Thermaphase has installations such as full scale power plants with operating data from continuous years and sponsored by the US Department of Energy (DOE)/National Energy Technology Labs (NETL) to chillers sponsored by Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration. Thermophase has proven to reduce fuel consumption, reduce water usage and reduce emissions. Thermophase is proven to reduce/prevent fouling and improve heat transfer of the heat exchanger with additional validation by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
