A wholly Australian owned company, Pixel Technologies Head Office is based in the Melbourne CBD suburb of Carlton, and manufacturing facility is based in the eastern Melbourne suburb of Mitcham, with offices in Brisbane and Singapore.
History..
In 1994, Design-com Technologies was established with the vision of providing world class excellence in an rapidly expanding Communication Industry. Now that this vision has now been realised, Pixel Technologies is taking Design-com to the next level in development. With an intent to bring more support and service from a central location and incorporate more environmentally conscious and innovative technology into our designs.
Our products are designed to cater a wide range of projects for small to large companies. We also provide complete 'turnkey' product development from the design concept through to production.
Our Melbourne manufacturing plant has been providing a 'start to finish' operation, including research and development, design, toolmaking and plastic injection moulding since 1994. We utilise state of the art technology in computer controlled automated assembly machines, surface mount technology, lead free soldering methods and advanced methods of material and production planning, guaranteeing product quality from design to shipment. We are an independently owned and operated in Australia, with distribution channels worldwide.
Our products are reliable and designed to stand the test of time with backwards compatibility for former installations. Having control of the engineering and manufacturing also brings added value to our service department, through knowledge of products and future advancements in their functionality.
We are continuously improving and updating our techniques and processes to ensure our products are consistently cutting edge technology, intuitive, affordable and environmentally sustainable.
