We use high-quality, organic, and fresh local ingredients for all our pizza and pasta. Most importantly, we are known for our delicious sourdough pizza and fresh pasta made exclusively with organic spelt flour. It's our conscious choice to only use organic spelt flour, because it is a superfood ancient grain that has many health benefits, and brings a delicious nutty flavour. We pride ourselves on creating a healthier and more conscious way to enjoy delicious Italian food.
We currently have fivevibrant restaurant locations across Windsor, Fitzroy, Hawthorn, Thornbury and Caulfield North.
