Plasticprodukter was founded by the fire chief Gösta Nilsson in 1963. He lived and worked in Småland/ Värnamo. In his work, he saw that the products on the market was not good enough and the fire department hoses broke which put peoples lifes at risk. He saw that something had to be done and as the entrepreneur he was, he developed Värnamo Slangbrygga (Hose Bridge).
The Värnamo Hose bridge immediately became very popular, and is still today the hose bridge that holds the best quality at the market. The products are patented and guaranteed to hold a high quality. Gösta Nilsson also saw the opportunity to develop Värnamo Farthinder (Speed Hump).
Plasticprodukter has today a great number of products and numerous satisfied customers. The company is runned in the third generation and we continue to develop the company Göstas spirit.
