Pleasant Valley Care provides home care services as it is a Domiciliary Care Agency meaning that it allows Clients and their loved ones to retain independence while receiving the support they need in a place they are comfortable in. Essentially, this is the Agency’s main objective. All operations are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) so it is highly important that the performance of the Agency is of the upmost. Care packages for Clients are always tailored uniquely as every Client is different however Pleasant Valley Service User’s can be assigned to us via Councils; Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley unless the Service User is private. The Agency provides personalised care visits for individuals, couples and seniors as well those with physical and learning disabilities. Home, Dementia, Respite and Disability care are examples types of care provided. These provisions operate within Birmingham and the surrounding areas with appointments ranging from 30-minute calls to 3 hours depending on the Tasks needed to be completed by Carers. For example, tasks can span from washing Clients to doing grocery shopping. Within Pleasant Valley Care’s offices there are 3 departments; Care team, HR team and the Rota/ Finance Team that oversee any issues relating to their department.
