Plox Travel, a PLay bOX filled with carefully thought-out games and activities designed by us, to keep children entertained and engaged on their holiday adventures.
Prior to the travel play boxes launching, art & craft based birthday parties and play-dates in peoples homes, hotel rooms or rented spaces have been Plox’s main offering, however we wanted to design a product that enabled children to carry on creating and being inspired once the workshop was over.
As an artistic and innovative person, I found it increasingly frustrating to see both parents and children reach for an i-pad as their only means of entertainment (especially while travelling) and for this reason I created Plox Travel.
What’s in it? The contents of our box will keep ‘little explorers’ eager to open their eyes and absorb what’s around them, as well as record fond memories of their trips and expeditions in an exciting holiday journal with pages to write, doodle and accomplish! Also included, a rucksack printed with our favourite holiday illustrations from around the world with fabric markers, so that budding artists can colour and customise their bag while using it for all the important bits & bobs they pick up along the way. That’s not all; playing cards, a colouring-in-book and an activity book are also included, along with super stationary and ideas for fun speaking games to play on long car journeys.
After playing once, they will want to play again! Refill packs for the journal, the city scene rucksack and a new arty-crafty rucksack are also available should one love part of the box and want to order it again for another upcoming trip.
