ALUMINUM FOUNDRY ALLOY
The process of producing AFA is using ODT technology from Australia by ulizing reverberatory Furnace with Magnetic Stirrer that guarantees a homogeneous mixture. Ceramic Foam Filter is used to filtering inclusions to maintain the alloy quality.
Quality control techniques based on statistic will ensure prime alloy products and it is in accordance with the standards of chemical composition by PNS Aluminum Laboratory that has been accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN). Each shipment/batch will be attached with a mill certificate from PNS Aluminum Laboratory.
