POA Projects is an Italian APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale) that aims to carry out socially useful activities through the tools of architecture and related disciplines with the objective to stimulate sustainable development and the participatory processes of local communities. POA Projects mission is to design sustainable architectural projects in a participatory way, allowing the experimentation of innovative practices and replicable construction techniques. The organisation aims to use architecture as a means of addressing the challenges faced by communities in vulnerable and fragile areas, and to promote sustainable development through the use of innovative techniques.
