The strategies are complementary, and they all share and contribute to the common Polaris platform: Polaris Private Equity makes investments in majority equity stakes in Nordic mid-sized companies with an enterprise value between EUR 50-300m. Polaris Flexible Capital focuses on investments within the junior tiers of the capital structure, ranging from mezzanine debt to minority equity positions. The fund applies a flexible investment approach and support companies in the mid-market range. Polaris Public Equity is a collaborative engagement strategy focused on public companies with significant value creation potential. PPU focuses on companies with a market capitalization from EUR 75m.
