Astra Polytechnic

Astra Polytechnic, formerly Politeknik Manufaktur Astra, is a formal education institute established to help provide skilled workers to the manufacturing sector. In 2008, Politeknik Manufaktur Astra graduated some 283 students from various study programs including Manufacture of Production Tools and Equipment, Production Engineering and Manufacturing Process, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, and Informatics Management. Some 42 of these graduates are enrolled under a joint program with the Ministry of National Education in the provision of teachers for vocational schools in several regions in Indonesia.
