In 2008, we acquired a mining site in Torkula Village in Guma LGA, Benue State and commenced immediate development.
Subsequent upon, the company carried out small scale mining operations at this site since 2008. Later we upgraded from small-scale mining license to a large scale mining lease issued by the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development in the year 2018 with a revolving validity period of 25 years. This license does enable the company to carried fully mechanize large scale mining activities as a result of positive and growing mineral deposits deduced from exploration activities.
The Company's mission is to ensure steady and continuous delivery of mined resources to the local, intra-African and extra-international market in a professional and profitable oriented structure, while the vision is to be a prime raw material/ore mineral/metal producer for local industrial application and export of manufactured goods.
