Pond Wills, LLC was formed in 2007 by Van Pond, Jr. and Ridley Wills, III, out of the desire to provide creative, thorough and detail-oriented residential design services to clients in the Nashville, Tennessee area and beyond. Through professional interactions over many years, both felt that a combining of talents would beget a strong design ethic and dedicated follow-through in serving the needs of our clients. Creating or changing a home is a challenge best met with ideas, creativity and guidance. Through over 30 combined years of residential design and construction, our design work is solidly based in the realities of construction, durability and longevity while never losing sight that, hand-in-hand with those important commodities, the delight that design provides on a daily basis is what makes a house a home.
